specified.
Metric Available(DIN Standards), and Japanese standard(JIS)
also available
Raw Material : AISI 52100 tool steel. The wear resistance
of this material is superior to the 1144 Stressproof Steel
that is normally used.
Other material include Stainless Steel, HSS Tool Steel,
Bronco Toughcoat(proprietary), Brass, and Bronze.
Bores will be honed or ground and the outer diameters
will be ground.
Hardness : Generally through hardened to 60-64 HRC but
can be any suitable hardness range from 50-65 HRC. Case
hardening is also available.
